Data-driven optimal control of a seir model for COVID-19

چکیده
We present a data-driven optimal control approach which integrates the reported partial data with epidemic dynamics for COVID-19. use basic Susceptible-Exposed-Infectious-Recovered (SEIR) model, model parameters are time-varying and learned from data. This serves to forecast evolution of outbreak over relatively short time period provide scheduled controls epidemic. efficient numerical algorithms based on generalized Pontryagin's Maximum Principle associated theory. Numerical experiments demonstrate effective performance proposed its approximations.
